    Hi @Pete Bye ,

    Welcome to our forum!

According to you description, i understand the issue only occur in AVD, i'm afraid that the issue ie related to some settings in AVD. Based on my research, i found that when the below Group policy is enabled, users cannot change cached time period. Please contact the administrator to check if the Cached Exchange Mode Sync Setting is enabled and set to One month.

    If so, please disable it.

    Hope to help you!

    Hi Pete Bye,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform.

Based on your question description we understand that you are not able to change the view timeline.

It might be controlled by a Group Policy. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

    • Open Group Policy Management Console on your domain controller.
    • Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Outlook > Account Settings > Exchange.
    • Look for the policy named Cached Exchange Mode to enable configure it to allow users to change the offline settings. Check that your AVD environment is configured to support these changes.

If you still face any issue, please let us know in the comments. We are happy to assist you.
