Have you tested your releases and deployments? Azure feels like a broken record. Not only is this specific issue a problem, but my overall experience with the product has been very frustrating.

First, please explain to me what Microsoft Azure Support actually is. If it costs over NT$3,000, I believe there should be some value to it, right? Second, assuming I no longer want to use the service, please provide me with a specific channel or interface to request a refund and cancellation.
