Where can I find Information on KB packs that are not listed on the MS Catalog?

I have had this issue multiple times, we need to prove where these patches come from for our Security Baselines.

I can't find anything on the web about this update, please make sure you provide the correct patch number.

The update may simply have been superseded and therefore no longer exists as a standalone update, so it cannot be displayed in Microsoft Update Catalog.

If you get updates automatically from Windows Update, don't worry, these updates are guaranteed to meet security standards.
