Unable to retake the credentials Administer Active Directory Domain Services

Question

I took the Administer Active Directory Domain Services exam but didn’t pass. I’m planning to try again, but I encountered an error when attempting to retake it.

See the image bellow. When I try again in 10 minutes I got the same error
