I would like to build a mapping with visio from an excel in the Sharepoint of my company. How do I do that without having to use my onedrive account with the synched sharepoint folder on my desktop? If I link it with my onedrive and than make sure it is on the Sharepoint of the company, does the link between the two document will disapear if I leave de company and my user name is deleated?

    Hi @Jeanne Poirier,

Currently there is no such function to sync SharePoint file with local without onedrive. Here is a document for details

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sync-sharepoint-files-and-folders-87a96948-4dd7-43e4-aca1-53f3e18bea9b

And if you are removed from your organization, the link will be disabled. You could only get the document with external sharing. You could refer to the document and the setting will need global admin permission

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/change-external-sharing-site
