Unable to log into Azure Portal. Getting 2 MFA Prompts. First is successful in app, but never receive second one in App

Hi, I am unable to log into my Azure Portal. I enabled MFA. I am now getting 2 consecutive MFA prompts when I try to log in. I receive the first request on my phone app and enter the signin prompt number, but I never receive the second signin prompt number on my phone app and am stuck.
