Microsoft Learn AZ 900- Merger of 2 registration IDs of 1 candidate ID

I have recently registered myself for az900 exam on ‎Friday, October 11, 2024‎ at 9 AM IST with candidate ID- MS0989833094‎ and registration id- 489838591. However due to some personal exigency i couldn't attend for the exam. So i re-registered myself on ‎Saturday, October 19, 2024‎ at ‎05:15 AM IST, however this time a different registration ID has been assigned - 490233555.. which i failed and will re-attempt after 15 days.

When checked with Pearson, they asked me to request Microsoft for merger of both the registration IDs.

So help me with this.
