Granting Access to Microsoft Connecter Search to all org users

Question

Hello,

All my users cannot see search results from a MS connector, even though I can see them!

 

I have followed the instructions at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/confluence-cloud-connector and https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/jira-connector to set up custom connectors and search verticals between Microsoft Graph and our Confluence cloud and Jira cloud sites.

I am using OAUTH2 connection method. The email addresses for the users in Atlassian are the same as the ones they use for their Microsoft account.

 

I can use the search vertical in Office.com and I can see many results being returned.

When other users try to use the same search verticals, they do not seem to have access? They can see the search verticals at the top of their Office.com search, but get a message: “We couldn’t find any results”. I had expected the users to see the search results, based on their Atlassian account accesses.

 

I have not staged the release, so my assumption was that all my users would have access, but perhaps I do not understand how this works correctly?
