my certificaion and training transcript is not showing under my profile

Question

Certificaions and training that I took before are not showing under my current profile. How do I get the merged. I assume this is because my email and phone has changes and now there is adisconnect between my current credentials and old credentials.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
