How can I pay an invoice for MS365 Business when I don't have the account in Authenticator to sign in any longer?
I have received an email to pay my MS365 Business Basic Invoice. I lost my old phone and got a new one and I no longer have Authenticator connected to the account. It only asks for Authenticator MFA.
I don't have that. I have spent hours trying to speak to someone. I can't even log in to do that as Authenticator doesn't allow sign-in. I just want Authenticator out of the process. Or I need a QR code to set up the account again.
Please help. This is extremely annoying. I can't access any of my documents over a $6.00 bill. I have to sign in to get help to sign in. That is a flat-out ridiculous way to have your billing set up. I am sure people change phones all the time and can't retrieve Authenticator information from the old one.
