timeline help?

Hello,

I am not pro at excel or googlesheet. But I need to get this task done no matter what. So there are couple of employees who update what they are doing daily on googlesheet. I have to gather everyone tasks and their works on one file so manager can see everyone tasks and progress for the month. In order to do that I used IMPORTRANGE to combine everyone data on one googlesheet. I had to put them side by side since they can keep continue updating their own file so I don't have to keep updating the row and column. But googlesheet timeline makes it impossible to show all the employees tasks on timeline at the same time. I have to change the column on settings per employees to see. Is there any other option for me to see the employees tasks as the same time?

    For Excel, you may try Power Query, and use "Group By" feature to group tasks data via Date.
