Hello Hardika,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.
You can still raise a support ticket even if your Azure tenant license has expired.
Navigate to the Azure portal > Click on the “Help + support” option in the left-hand menu > Select “New support request” and follow the prompts to describe your issue. You can choose the appropriate issue type and severity level. Even without an active license, you should be able to create a support ticket for billing and subscription management issues.
Secondly, about the automatic deletion of the tenant and services, Azure does not automatically delete tenants or services immediately after a license expires. Because there are certain retention policies and timelines for data and services:
- Azure typically retains your data for a certain period after the subscription expires, but the exact duration can vary. For example, Azure AD retains data for 30 days after the subscription is deleted.
- Services may be deactivated after the subscription expires, but they are not immediately deleted. You might still see alerts and other activities until the services are fully deactivated.
To get precise information on the retention period and deactivation timeline for your specific services, it’s best to check the Azure documentation and use the links below to raise ticket:
