Hi folks,

I was trying to update one of my existing CA policies and I met below error:

Message from server: The server could not process the request because it is malformed or incorrect. 1040: NamedLocation with id a82be7bd-d265-4c27-983a-d40707b9b616 does not exist in the directory.

I believe, this is being caused by the "MFA Trusted IPs" named location, as similar issues were reported with this in last 1- 2 months for this named location.

Could you please suggest any possible solutions to fix this?

PFB policy details:

Thanks

    Solution: Resolved by @Apurva Pathak.

I have found a workaround that might be the easiest way to fix this problem without changing anything.

    1. Open the network selector, click "exclude"
    2. Click the link to open the named locations selection blade: User's image
    3. Click save without doing anything.

If you have any other questions or are still running into more issues, please let me know. Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue.
