Hello @z l,

Thank you for taking time to post this issue in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Mine(VS 2022 v17.11.5) is like this:

The Options window is still light in Dark theme.

Tested in VS 2019 as well, the same result. I have submitted a ticket on our Developer Community, here's the ticket link: The Options window and some other windows in VS 2022(17.11.5) are still light, after I change to use Dark theme, please kindly check it and follow that ticket, if there's any update, I will inform you.

BTW, it seems that there's a similar thread: Consistent Application Theme - Save Our Eyes! (A Cry For Help) which is under review.

Hi @z l,

Here's the suggestion ticket link: Apply dark theme to Options windows (Tools -> Options...). It's currently still under review.

I suggest you vote on that ticket and follow up that ticket, once there's any latest update, you will be informed.
