Hi, I've noticed that some devices are not compliant. Upon investigating the issue, I found that some have password minimum length violations, and I see that the firewall is marked as "X." Could you please guide me on how to resolve these issues?

    @Nidheesh S, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    From your description, I know some of your devices some have password minimum length violations, and the firewall is marked as "X."

    To clarify this issue, please check the following.

    1.Check whether the password minimum length violations' device have met the password settings of compliance policy.

    2.Check whether the non-compliant devices have turn on Firewall.

    3.Could you please share the compliance policy settings with us

    4.Try to sync and restart the device to see if the issue can be fixed.

    If there is any update, feel free to let me know.
