I'm making this VM offer that's supposedly to use the image from my comute gallery in the offer setup.

After the VM offer in preview stage, when I go to the page and setup, I have this error pop up:

Where I'm pretty sure the image is already available in the region I'm setting.

I've also done the steps in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/marketplace-offers/azure-vm-use-own-image#azure-portal.

Any tips? Thanks!

@Zac Li My understanding is that you are creating a marketplace offer and attempting to launch it then receiving the error. Is the compute gallery available in the region? Can you test by trying to launch directly from the compute gallery instead of the marketplace?Since this is related to creating a VM Offer I recommend opening a support case in the partner center or on their dedicated forum.

OK, looks like this issue only occurs in preview stage, which is pretty weird.
