Why is my score not updating on the leaderboard?

Even though I have completed all 13 modules of the Microsoft Fabric challenge, my score is not updating, it has been over 24 hours and it is not reflected on the leaderboard. Please help me resolve this before the challenge deadline ends. The email I signed up with is ******@outlook.com
