I need to adjust the content moderation settings of my OpenAI functions within Azure. It falsely flags things as violence or self harm when they are not. (Im having AI analyze medical images and anything more severe than a papercut is flagged and it refuses to do the requested work.)

Ive been told countless times to "Call Sales" and they have NO IDEA what im talking about. The content moderation settings can only be adjusted by someone thats "Microsoft Managed" and apparently thats not me.

    Hey Daniel.

You can try to apply for modified content filters.

For Azure OpenAI models, only customers who have been approved for modified content filtering have full content filtering control and can turn off content filters. Apply for modified content filters via this form: Azure OpenAI Limited Access Review: Modified Content Filters. For Azure Government customers, apply for modified content filters via this form: Azure Government - Request Modified Content Filtering for Azure OpenAI Service.
