Please try with below steps:
Amortized Cost Setting:
In the Cost Management + Billing view,
select the correct time period and ensure "Amortized Cost" is chosen instead of "Actual Cost."
Sometimes switching between these views helps.
Usage of reservation: Verify the resource is using the reservation by checking the Reservation Utilization report. If not fully utilized, costs may appear under pay-as-you-go rates.
Billing Data Delay: If the reservation was recently applied or the billing cycle isn't complete, the amortized costs may take time to show.
Check that the reservation scope includes the resource.
Please check correct time period and "Amortized Cost" view are selected.
Review the Reservation Utilization report.
Refresh or wait for cost data to update.
