Keep a Shared Mailbox as unread ALWAYS

We have a Shared Mailbox at the company that I work at. 30+ staff members have access to this mailbox.

Emails are sent and staff members are responsible for moving the emails from the Shared Mailbox to their own.

However, many of the staff go in, click on messages, and leave them as read - we want to leave them as UNREAD until they are moved out of the mailbox.

I know there is a way to change it on each individual users settings, but as that would mean doing that for 30+ staff, is there a way that we can just change the settings for the specific mailbox that the emails always remain unread?

    Hi @O'Neale Connolly ,

    Welcome to our forum!

I'm afraid that we set per-user read\unread status for a shared mailbox in Outlook. The shared mailbox changes would be synced between server and client users who opened it.
