I want to add a TOTP account in the authenticator app by providing an OTPAuth URI in a QR code. Despite having the correct URL for the issuer in the issuer tag and a corresponding favicon.ico, the logo is not displayed in the authenticator app. What steps are necessary to ensure the logo appears? How should the issuer tag be formatted to enable the app to retrieve the icon?
