Unable to Access Microsoft 365 Admin Account Due to Authenticator Code

Hello,

I am unable to log in to my ADMIN Microsoft 365 Business Basic account, as it requires an authenticator code that I do not have access to. When I attempt to log in to the authenticator app, it also asks for the same code.

I have also tried logging into Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft account that I have in order to reset the code, but I am once again prompted for the authenticator code.

Additionally, I have attempted to contact customer support but have not received a response. However, the users I added to the account can still access their Microsoft accounts without issue.

Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue.

Thank you.

Regarding the admin MFA issue only phone support can help and ask them to escalate your issue to the data protection team. While phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again as technical support. You also need to provide your subscription purchased information such as company name, billing information, phone number etc. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support
