Bonjour,

Pour information et comme demandé, mon PC est sous windows 10.

J'ai installé un premier pack office 2021 pro. Installation et activation sans aucun problème. Lors de l'ouverture d'Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Outlook, Teams, aucun soucis

Mais dès que j'ouvre Word, avec un nouveau document ou un ancien document Word, j'ai un message d'erreur (n°5174) qui s'affiche lm'indiquant le message suivant : "Erreur d'execution, Erreur n°5174,Description : Désolé...Nous n'avons pas trouvé votre fichier. Peut-être l'avez-vous déplacé, renommé ou supprimé ?

Je peux le fermer et travaillé mais je souhaiterai trouver la solution.

Comme conseillé dans les divers forums, j'ai donc effacé office 2021 à l'aide de l'outil Microsoft "Assistant Support et récupération " une première fois.

J'ai ensuite réinstallé de nouveau le pack office 2021, saisi ma clé puis réactivé ma licence mais à chaque ouverture de document Word, j'ai de nouveau cette fenêtre qui est revenue avec le même message d'erreur.

J'ai alors tenté de refaire la manipulation complète mais avec un nouveau pack office 2021. Malheureusement le problème persiste.

Have you made any changes before the problem occurred, such as installing updates?Where are your documents stored, in the cloud or locally?How are you trying to open the Word document?

1. From the list of recent documents within Word?
2. From the list of recent documents on your Start Menu?
3. From a shortcut on your Desktop that you created?
4. By going to Documents (My Documents), finding the document and double-clicking it?

Please press and hold on Ctrl key, double-click one Word document, until Word asks if you want to start it in safe mode, then please release Ctrl key and click "Yes".- If the document can be opened properly under safe mode, I suggest you click File > Options > Add-ins > Manage COM Add-ins, click Go, clear the check boxes for any enabled COM add-ins, select OK.

Additionally, you may rename the Normal template (Normal.dotm).

Please close all the files of Office and go to File Explorer > View in Show/hide group > check the box of "Hidden Items".

• Go to C:\Users<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates, then find the Normal.dotm and rename it. This file will be automatically generated when reopen Word.
