Is there a defined format for OneDrive (for Business) FileID?

What is the expected length and format of the OneDrive FileID? Can it vary for different users or change in the future?

Based on observations, the FileID appears to consistently be 34 characters long. Is there any official documentation regarding the specifications of OneDrive FileID?

In the Graph documentation about OneDrive FileID it is only mentioned that this property is a unique identifier for items in Drive, read only.

So, as far as I know, the length of this property is 34 characters, it does not change depending on the user, each file has its own unique id, and there is currently no message about changing this, so it will not change in the short term.
