After replacing a smashed phone screen, the new phone was set up with the Authenticator app, but now there are issues receiving verification numbers for logging into OneDrive.
For five weeks, every recommended support solution has been attempted, yet access remains blocked. It seems impossible to get proper assistance from Microsoft, especially with concerns regarding to into contact with their Data Protection.
What steps can be taken to regain access, considering the reliance on the Authenticator app? Any guidance would be appreciated.
