My new Outlook stopped syncing starting from the evening of 10/25/2024. When pressing the sync button, it shows the sync icon, but nothing happens. New emails are neither received nor sent. However, when switching to classic Outlook, everything works fine. Today, I updated the app, but nothing changed. I tried different internet sources, but it still doesn’t work.

    Agree with Bobby le Marconiste, if you still suffer the issue, here are some suggestions you may refer to:

    1. Re-add Your Account: Remove and then re-add your email account.
    2. Update Outlook: Make sure you have the latest updates installed.
    3. Rebuild the OST file: Close New Outlook and locate C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook, rename the folder, and then restart the New Outlook. More information: Synchronization issues between Outlook and Outlook Web App - Outlook | Microsoft Learn
