    Hi Mithun,

    Do you have at least one of the five pre-requisite certifications (MD-102, MS-203 (retired), MS-700, SC-300, SC-400)? I don't see any of them in your screenshot. At least one is required in addition to passing MS-102 exam.

    If you pass one of the prerequisite exams the certificate will show up, however, you have to do it within one year of when you passed MS-102.
