I've got a new phone & Phone Number , I can't log into my account because the system can't send any codes.

I've got a new phone & Phone Number.

I tried to log in but couldn't access my account because the authenticator app code verification failed, and I haven't backed up the data.

    Hey there, theerawut rodsomboon

    You will need to try using your old phone to see if the Authenticator works and allows you to verify it is you, so you are able to sign into your account.

    You will then need to update your security information via this page: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/

    You will want to click onto security and update your security information for your account.
