Error when trying to create custom model in Document Intelligence Studio - says I don't have an Azure account

Hi,

As the title says, I cannot create custom extraction model, or any other model using my organization's resources (I am a contributor, I have access to create and use the resources), even the ones I created myself. I get an error message after clicking the "Try it out" in Document Intelligence Studio saying my account has no Azure account, even though I am logged into my Azure account. The organization administrator checked all my permissions, we went over my account settings, and we found no issue there.

Ensure you have assigned all the necessary roles "Cognitive Services Contributor" role for the resource.

Check Azure Active Directory (AAD) Settings and multi-tenant access. If your organization uses multiple tenants, ensure that you are operating in the correct tenant where the resources are provisioned.

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try logging in again

I checked each option you've mentioned.

Sadly deleting the browser cookies and cache did not help, I got the same message again. I checked roles, the for the resource and my own role, and it all matches with my colleges' set roles, who are able to properly use the resources. My organization doesn't seem to have a multi-tenant system.
