Hi, I am having trouble logging into my school account using the authenticator app. When I attempt to sign in to change my password on a school website, a message giving me a two-digit code tells me I need to open the authenticator app and enter the code to continue. However, when I open the app, I don't know where to type the code as nothing pops up prompting me to enter the code.
