Authenticator App codes not working

My Facebook was hacked, I was able to get to the point where the password is reset. The issue I am having now is my Authenticator App codes are not working. I can either input the code that's there, or wait for a new one and it still states incorrect code. Is there any way to 'refresh' the codes?
