Cannot access email after conneting the Microsoft authenticator app.

I have two email addresses for my business. I had to download the Microsoft Authenticator app. I connected one email account to the app. Then I could not connect the other email account. Finally the second email account was showing in the app but will not allow a code to be sent to unlock the second email. I have spent hours attempting to get in without success. It's been a week, and I am losing money daily. Can someone help me get into my email and out of this nightmare?
