Need to identify tenant by GUID

Question

I created a form a couple of week ago in one of my MS tenants. However, neither of them have the form available today even though it is still active and taking responses. I have used the developer tools to identity the ID of the tenant within the form, and it does not match either of my tenant ID's. Is there a way to reference the tenant ID with a domain so I can determine where the form is located and find out why it is not available in my tenants?
