I am keep getting charged despite removing the instances

I am keep getting charged for Azure functions despite removing them already!

Also I have already provided the working email and the a verified domain ( including the .com.au certificate but I still cannot get verified for the next level)

please help. we have charged incorrectly and we need this to build out startup.

    Thanks for your question.

    Is the issue you are being charged for a function? If that is the issue you will need to go to cost management and check what specifics are being charged for. Once you use your Azure credits, the credit card you used to activate your Azure account is automatically charged each billing period for the previous month of usage
