mail when pod is down which is crated by AKS

We have created PODs (Agents) if any POD created by AKS is down, we want to send email , is it possible if yes how?

Yes, you can use Azure Monitor to send an email notification when a pod in your AKS cluster goes down. Please refer to the following document link for details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/aks/monitor-aks#alerts

But we are using those pods as agent in the agent pool in the azure devops.

so can we do implement monitoring in this situation?

and we need to check on linux pod (agent)

Hi @Varma
Yes, you can still implement monitoring in this situation. You can use Azure Monitor for containers to monitor the health of your Linux pods (agents) running in the AKS cluster as well. Install the Log Analytics agent on your Linux pods (agents) to collect monitoring data.
