Getting 403 forbidden error message when invoking partnercenter ratecards and license APIs

Hello team,

We are getting 403 forbidden error message when invoking partnercenter, ratecards and license APIs.

https://api.partnercenter.microsoft.com/v1/ratecards/azure-shared

https://api.partnercenter.microsoft.com/v1/ratecards/licenses

We have already given this permission.

And can't find AdminAgent role in Partner Center. According to the below documentation.

Required Role in Partner Center

The calling account (either the app’s Service Principal or the user on whose behalf the app is acting) must have the AdminAgent role in Partner Center. This role grants access to sensitive billing and rate card data.

• Assign the AdminAgent role in the Partner Center portal to the appropriate users or Service Principal.
