Azure Account Locked – Unable to Access Resources or Submit Support Ticket
I’m encountering an issue where my Azure/Microsoft account has been locked, and I am unable to log in to access my resources or submit a support ticket through the portal. I’ve already purchased a virtual machine under this account, and my work is now completely stalled.
Here are my subscription details:
- Subscription ID: b4bca809-46ca-4457-8f9a-5c3a2fa88504
- Subscription Name: Azure subscription 1
Additionally, when I attempt to verify my account using my phone number, I receive an error stating that the verification method is not available. This leaves me with no options to regain access to my account or resolve the issue through the standard support channels.
I got in touch with someone from Azure Sales via online chat and explained the issue. They helped me verify my account, and I received an email from Microsoft confirming that the account was verified. The email instructed me to reset my password, which I did. However, when I try to log in after resetting the password, I again see the message stating that my account is locked.
Could someone please advise on how I can unlock my account or provide an alternative method for verification? This is urgent, as my deployments are critical for ongoing work.
