Cannot Update Teams Connectors URL

I have tried following the instruction in this url: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/m365-custom-connectors#update-connectors-url, but I ran into issue. The Update URL button is inactive and I could not click it.

Then, I realized that the connector was added by another user and not myself. I was able to update the URL for the connector I added so the issue is only for the connector which was not added by me. The problem is that the user who added the connector is on the leave so he cannot update the URL himself. How can I obtain permission to update the URL for the connector which was not added by myself?

    I was seeing 'Update URL' greyed out even after managing the Teams Site member permissions allowing members to remove or update connectors.

    Removing the connector and recreating worked for me. Now it says 'URL up to date' just beneath the connector URL.

    According to the official documentation, any team member with the permissions to add or remove can modify connectors setup done by other members.
