SCCM : Windows software update -> more and more errors every month

Question

Hello,

I use SCCM to deploy security patches on about 3000 machines.

I noticed that I have more and more errors every monthe. More over, type of errors also increases.

Is there somewhere best practices or tips and tricks to apply for each type of error?

This month I have about 200 workstations in errors out of 3000 and I would like to reduce that.
