account locked and no way of unlocking it

hey ,

i dont know if this is the place for asking this question ,

i couldnt reach any techincal support from azure ,

my account has been locked , when trying to send sms to my phone for confirmation i get an error message of failure ,

i worked perfectly fine after noon and in the evening it got locked for some reason.
