Are Intune Remote Help sessions FIPS 140-2 compliant?

I looking for information on the encryption used by the Intune Remote Help feature. When a helper connects to a remote pc, is this connection FIPS 140-2 compliant?

Thank you for your response this does help. I will be doing more research on other remote desktop software.
