I am facing the same problem, i wrote to microsoft and got a reply in 2-3 days saying

I really liked azure infrastructure but if they cant solve this issue i might think about moving to a different cloud provider like aws or gcp would be better coz it has been 6 days and i dont have information about when it will be fixed or what the issue is. I had stopped developing currently waiting for them to help me redeem the credits, at this rate it will feel like, the waiting is not worth it if they cant tell we how long or what the issue is.
