how to migrate Azure account to another email account

Hi, I got credit from Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub under a email ABC, but I have already start my Azure project under email XYZ. how to transfer the entire account XYZ to ABC, so i can use the start up credit?

I have tried to redeem credit directly to email XYZ, an error showed up , Azure credits have already redeemed for this Microsoft account. Please link a different account or contact support.

which is incorrect, i never redeem it before.

Log in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub

Go to the Benefits tab and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section.
