Trophy not showing

When I try to go to the next step in freecodecamp, I'm receiving this message above

"It appears that the Microsft user ... has not earned this trophy", I already finished this module, but why I did not get the trophy?

I'm having the same issue. In my Microsoft Learn profile, I can see where I earned the Part 3 trophy in my "Activity" section, but it's not showing in the "Achievements" section. In my Achievements section it only shows trophies for Part 1 and 2, but my Transcript section it says I have 3 Learning Paths completed. I have no idea how to get it to show up in my Activities so I can verify it on fCC.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing your Microsoft Certification dashboard
