Logic apps workflow history disappearing

I am having an issue in a logic app that I am building for a client. It is a standard logic app running in Australia East.
The issue is that since Monday, once or twice a day, all off the history against a workflow will disappear. When this happens, there is a period time where when triggered, the run history will not populate. Eventually (maybe an hour or so), it will start working again but the history does not return.
Any ideas?

Based on the shared information, I understand that run history of standard logic app is disappearing intermittently. if my understanding correct, could you please share more information to understand and assist better.
- Are you only seeing this issue or any other users in your subscription are facing the same?
- When the run history got disappeared did you tried any of these clearing the browsing cache or logging out and login back to portal or login into portal from different browser still faced the issue?
- Also do see any errors in console logs in browser developer tools when run history got disappeared?

Jim Cantwell 1 Reputation point2024-11-16T15:45:29.7733333+00:00 I saw this same thing happen this morning. All the workflow run history was lost except one on each workflow, but in addition to that, all three enabled workflows triggered at the same time, but they shouldn't have, as they are on scheduled times Monday to Friday afternoons, and this is Saturday morning. This occurred after having made a update to one workflow.
This is a Logic App (Standard) configuration.

2024-11-18T22:01:55.8733333+00:00 @Jim Cantwell @VenkateshDodda-MSFT I ended up having to go through MS support. It turns out this has occurred with a few customers and is a known issue they are working on. They have not resolved it as yet.
