aftering the VM aske me restart the VM, I can not connect to this VM, although click start button

From the screenshot it looks like the VM is already started. Sometimes it takes up 5-10 minutes for a VM to come up after start. If it doesn't still come up please click stop and wait until the start button is not greyed out anymore and restart.
