How do I unlock my Azure Account

Question

I have been locked out of my Personal Azure account recently and based on the following link - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/your-account-has-been-locked-contact-your-support/a2265675-23ed-4b74-bbdf-aa299b3aac14. I should be able to sign in and access azure.

However, the outcome is still same. I am able to sign in my microsoft account. but the azure account is still locked.

For focused and dedicated assistance with this issue, please file a subscription ticket with our support team. You can submit a (free) support ticket with our Azure subscription support team by creating an Azure support request and selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.
