Trusted signing identity validation failed

Hey there,

We've recently submitted Identity Validation that failed with no known reason. Searching in the QA forums suggests that it might be due to the fact that we've recently re-incorporated a few years back, but as a business we've been established since 2017.

Is there a process by which I can submit further documentation to prove this? We'd like to get Trusted Signing in place for a new product launch and this is rapidly going to become a blocker unfortunately.
