I've recently changed phones and the app on my new phone doesn't work. I also noticed that the app has the wrong number and I would like to change this. How do I do that?

Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ and sign in, Navigate to the Security section, usually found in the top menu bar and look for and select Advanced security options or a similar option related to security settings. In this section, you should be able to view and edit your authentication methods, including phone numbers.
Select the option to add a new phone number. You'll need to verify this new number, usually by receiving a code via text or call.

That doesn't work as I have done the following above and followed it to the T, and it tells me " Try another Verification Method. " That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method. Learn more right underneath it. Also, it sent me a code and I entered it and then thats where I got the above information saying I need to try another method, and after doing it a number of times I said F it and came and read stuff here which isn't doing much for me as well. So now I can not add my phone number.
Also, the verification where it says Checking if you are human with the Box you need to click, well that doesn't work it says ERROR... EVERY single time I do it. So I can not redeem my rewards or anything like that and honestly it be great if they got rid of that verification way to check if you are human.
