    Hi @Festus Onadeko
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.

It shows you may be having trouble with your reputation for a few possible reasons. If you’ve already used a free trial of Azure, you won’t be able to get a new one, but you can still sign up for a paid account. If you are a student, you can enroll in Azure for Students and get free Azure credit without the need for a credit card. If not, make sure your credit card is active, and use Incognito Mode in your browser to avoid any issues.

To create an Azure account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Azure sign-up page at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/
    2. Click on the Start free button.
    3. Sign in with your Microsoft account or create a new one if you don't have one.
    4. Follow the prompts to complete the sign-up process.

If you have any further queries, do let us know

    Hello Festus Onadeko

    Thanks for your question

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/troubleshoot-subscription/troubleshoot-azure-sign-up#you-see-the-message-you-are-not-eligible-for-an-azure-subscription

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
